10/26/2015 – Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $350K in Huntersville, NC.
We started working with Dave in the Spring of 2015. Nothing very formal since we had not sold our home. In June , we did sell our home and then we got much more actively involved with Dave. We made one trip to Charlotte, looked at 6 homes, and narrowed our search to two homes. Dave was very helpful in helping us make our choice by acting as an impartial third party based on our needs. In addition to being very objective, Dave was great to work with by answering all of our questions in a most thoughtful manner. His referrals to contractors and other service providers were nearly perfect. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Doing business with Dave was like doing business with a friend.
